Please call 408.446.8400 during spa hours and one of our coordinators will gladly assist you with an appointment. Please leave a message if you cannot reach us and we will return your call at our earliest convenience.

C a n c e l l a t i o n s
Please kindly give us 24-hours notice for appointment cancellations. We have a NO CHARGE policy for cancellations. However, no shows without a courtesy call may not secure your appointments with us in the future.

E n v i r o n m e n t
We respectfully request that you turn off or set your cell phone to silent mode before all spa services. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items so please leave all valuables at home. We observe an adult-oriented atmosphere for our clients, so please make sure children under 12 have childcare arrangements to ensure that you enjoy your experience to the fullest.

S e r i e s
All treatments are available for a series purchase. If you purchase five sessions, you will receive an additional session free of charge. Series purchases are non-refundable. Each service in a series is redeemable only by the original purchaser. Prices are subject to change without further notice.

R e t u r n s
Present your receipt within one week from date of purchase and receive in store credit only. No refunds on service and series purchases.

All spa services and package prices are non-inclusive of gratuity. We graciously accept gratuities at your discretion. Gratuities can be accepted in cash or included in your credit card transaction.

We offer gift certificates in any denomination for services or retail products. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable and non-refundable. We only accept the original copy of gift certificates and are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
